Position:
Racker Level I
Shift: Train on 1st (6:45 am to 3:15 pm), then move to 2nd (2:45 pm to 11:15 pm) or 3rd (10:45 pm to 7:15 am) Must be available for extended hours and weekends.
Job Summary:
This is an entry level position. Performs racking and unracking process tasks under limited supervision.
Essential Duties:
1. Rack and unrack product in such a manner as to prevent damaging.
2. Verify correct count of product.
3. Verify adequate racking methods are used for each product.
4. Follow any and all operating procedures that pertain to the job being processed.
Additional Responsiblilites:
1. Learn to interpret in-house work order instructions.
2. Keep work area clean and organized.
3. Observe safety requirements and use all safety equipment when necessary.
4. Must be available to work overtime as necessary (including weekends).
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. High School or GED equivilent/previous experience desired.
2. Must be authorized to work in the United States. International Traffic in Arms Regulations/Export Administration Regulations (ITAR/EAR) clearance may be required.
3. Must be able to read, write, understand and complete work orders and follow work order instructions.
Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds safely.
2. Ability to safely push carts through close confinement while preventing damage to product.
3. Ability to bend, twist, pick up parts, stretch arms above head, and stand on concrete for long periods of time.
Position:
Masking Level I
Shift: Train on 1st (5:30 am to 4:00 pm) then to 2nd Shift (1:30 pm to 12:00 am), 3rd (9:30 pm to 8:00 am) or weekend (Fri-Sun 5:00 am to 5:30 pm) You must be available to work extended hours and weekends.
Job Summary:
This is an entry level position. Personnel shall perform masking duties using either paper/tape, or liquid masking to meet production requirements under limited supervision.
Essential Duties:
1. Apply paper/tape masking to production parts prior to chemical process and or organic coating.
2. Apply liquid masking to production parts prior to chemical processing. (Pickle and Anodize)
3. Must be able to pull plugs through close tolerance features prior to chemical processing. (Pickle and Anodize)
4. Unmask production parts as needed both paper/tape, liquid, or pull plugs.
5. Must be able to apply Brush Conversion Coat.
6. Must be able to apply Brush Dry Film Lubricant.
7. Operate all in house scales.
Additional Responsiblities:
1. Read and Understand work order requirements.
2. Must be able to identify parts with digital pictures.
3. Read and Understand basic blueprints.
4. Keep Masking area clean and organized.
5. Observe safety requirements and use all safety equipment when necessary.
6. Must be available to work overtime when required (including weekends).
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Paint Prep Supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. High School or GED equivilent/previous experience desired.
2. Must be authorized to work in the United States. International Traffic in Arms Regulations/Export Administration Regulations (ITAR/EAR) clearance may be required.
3. Average reading skills with capability of comprehending and retaining information desired.
Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to bend, twist and stretch arms above head and walk/stand/sit for long periods of time.
2. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 pounds safely.
3. Must have good vision and hearing.
POSITION: Paint Prep Level I
Shift: 3rd (9:30 pm to 8:00 am) Must be available for extended hours and weekends.
Job Summary:
Prepares parts for prime and painting operations, also rack and unrack parts in process according to established Ozark Mountain Technologies, Inc. procedures.
Essential Duties:
1. Rack and unrack parts according to established procedures.
2. Prepare parts for prime and paint operations by cleaning with solvent, sanding and taping.
3. Performs removal of tape residue during the paint prep operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Read and Understand work order requirements.
2. Must be able to identify parts with digital pictures.
3. Keep Paint Prep area clean and organized.
4. Observe safety requirements and use all safety equipment when necessary.
5. Must be available to work overtime when required (including weekends).
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Paint Prep Supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. High School or GED equivilent/previous experience desired.
2. Must be authorized to work in the United States. International Traffic in Arms Regulations/Export Administration Regulations (ITAR/EAR) clearance may be required.
3. Average reading skills with capability of comprehending and retaining information required.
Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to bend, twist and stretch arms above head and walk or stand for long periods of time.
2. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds safely.
3. Must be able to tolerate temperatures up to 180 degrees for short periods of time.
Position:
Spray Painter Level I
Shift: Train on 1st (6:45 am to 3:15 pm) then move to any shift including weekend shift. Must be available for extended hours and weekends.
Job Summary:
Personnel to spray all primers in accordance with instructions given the Organic Coatings Supervisor or by a qualified trainer under direct supervision.
Essential Duties
1. Operates a spray gun and shall apply primers in accordance with applicable work order instructions
2. Racks and Sands production parts for application of organic coatings
3. Shakes, mixes and applies all primers in accordance with work order instructions and manufacturers technical data sheet.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Read and Understand work order requirements.
2. Must be able to identify parts with digital pictures.
3. Solvent Clean production parts prior to the application of organic coatings.
4. Keep Organic Coatings area clean and organized.
5. Observe safety requirements and use all safety equipment when necessary.
6. Must be available to work overtime when required (including weekends).
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Organic Coatings Supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. High School or GED equivalent/previous experience desired
2. Must be authorized to work in the United States and/or have International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) clearance
3. Average reading skills with capability of comprehending and retaining information required.
4. Must be available for overtime when required (including weekends)
Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 100 pounds safely.
2. Must be able to tolerate brief periods of heat up to 200 degrees.
3. Must have standard visual acuity (correctable by prescription glasses meets requirement) and ability to distinguish colors.
4. Able to bend, twist, pick up parts, stretch arms above head, stand on concrete, or sit for long periods of time.
POSITION: Laboratory Technician Level I
Shift: Train on 1st (6:45 am to 3:15 pm) then to 2nd (2:45 pm to 11:15 pm). Must be available to work extended hours and weekends.
Job Summary:
This position supports the Laboratory by working under the direct supervision of the Senior Laboratory Technician by conducting quality checks on contents of tanks used in support of Ozark Mountain Technologies production requirements.
Essential Duties
1. Assuring Proper Chemical Tank Operating Levels.
2. Temperature Verification of the Penetrant Drying Room.
3. Cleaning Drum Pump.
4. Cleaning of the Loop Steam Heater.
5. Cleaning Out of Tanks for New Makeup.
6. Determination of Etch Rates.
7. Copper Sulfate Testing Solution Make Up and Control.
8. pH/TDS Meter Set Up and Operation.
9. Learn to function within the requirements of the Ozark Mountain Technologies Quality System.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Learn to interpret in-house work order instructions.
2. Learn to interpret applicable specifications both customer imposed and in-house, for each type of testing being performed.
3. Keep Laboratory area clean and organized.
4. Observe safety requirements and use all safety equipment when necessary.
5. Must be available to work overtime when required (including weekends).
6. Performs other duties as assigned by the Senior Laboratory Technician.
Qualifications:
1. High School or GED equivalent/previous experience desired.

4. Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Access, Word and Excel desired.
5. Capability of working and understanding formulas and basic math principles desired.

POSITION: General Maintenance; Boiler
Shift: 1st (6:45 am to 3:15 pm) or 2nd (2:45 pm to 11:15 pm) Must be available for extended hours, weekends and on call.
Job Summary:
This position will support the Maintenance Department initially working under direct supervision of qualified maintenance personnel. Will be directly assigned to perform gas and wood boiler maintenance.
Essential Duties:
1. Maintain gas and wood boilers including cleaning, and inspection/repair of boiler fittings including safety valves, regulators, and automatic-control mechanisms.
2. Lubricate and replace bearings as needed.
3. Inspect and repair electric motors.
4. Inspect and replace conveyor belts and V-belts.
5. Maintain proper sawdust levels for operation of wood boiler.
6. Perform trailer maintenance as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Read, understand and complete work orders and follow work order instructions.
2. Perform maintenance tasks using a scissor-lift and genie boom at heights up to 35 feet.
3. Keep maintenance area clean and organized.
4. Follow safety procedures including using all safety equipment when required.
5. Must be available for overtime when required (including weekends).
6. Must supply own tools.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. High School or GED equivilent desired.
2. Prior boiler maintenance experience desired.
3. Prior electrical/mechanical maintenance experience desired.
4. Must be authorized to work in the United States. International Traffic in Arms Regulations/Export Administration Regulations (ITAR/EAR) clearance may be required.
5. Must be able to read, understand and complete work orders and follow work order instructions.
Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds safely.
2. Ability to bend, twist, stretch arms above head, stand on concrete, or sit for long periods of time.
3. Must be able to shovel sawdust to meet boiler requirements.
4. Must be able to work at heights up to 35 feet.
