Ozark Mountain Technologies LLC was founded in April of 1993 and was a 40,000 sq foot facility with around 75 employees. Now,

133,000 Sq. Ft Expansion

we have expanded into a state of the art 133,000 sq. ft. facility with over 120 employees. This expansion is to meet the growing needs of our existing and potential customers within the expanding aerospace industry. The new facility  includes multiple chemical process lines with a maximum capacity of approximately 42 feet in length, 4 feet in width, and 9 feet in depth. The new lines operate in conjunction with our existing lines giving us over 100 chemical process tanks of various sizes to accommodate all your processing needs. The Non-Destructive Testing Inspection area occupies 5000 sq. ft, complete with an electrostatic penetrant system, a dedicated oven, and overhead cranes, allowing Ozark the capability to handle product up to 42 feet in length. In addition, the expansion includes a state of the art Painting Department comprised of one 52 foot and two 26 foot semi-down draft spray booths to accommodate our customer's needs. Each spray booth has a dedicated curing oven. Our quality system is certified to Nadcap AC-7004 and ISO 9001: 2000 and AS9100 Revision B. We use statistical techniques including Statistical Process Control (SPC) measurements within our facility for monitoring production and controlling our chemical baths. Our processing lines are semi-automated which allows us the versatility of running small custom work or high volume production.

OMT operates using proprietary custom-written software, which includes a work order tracking system. This unique capability allows us to monitor the quality and provide our customers with real-time tracking and product history.
